Return & Refund policy
- All hair products are custom prepared, processed, or sourced per client order.
- Once an order has been dispatched, no refunds will be issued.
- Parcels returned due to non-collection do not qualify for a refund.
- If a parcel is resent after being returned, the client remains responsible for collection and any additional courier costs incurred.
- Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by third-party courier services once proof of dispatch has been provided.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring correct contact details and timeous parcel collection.

Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa with PAXI and The Courier Guy. Delivery costs are shown at checkout, and delivery is complimentary on orders over R750. Please make sure your contact details are correct and collect your parcel on time.
